Renovating for a New Century
Beaulieu Vineyard
The St. Helena Chamber of Commerce is proud to celebrate Beaulieu Vineyard (BV), a pillar of Napa Valley since 1900. The winey is embarking on a dynamic multimillion‑dollar renovation that honors its historic roots while reinvigorating its legacy with elevated hospitality offerings.
The 1885 stone winery acquired by founders Georges and Fernande de Latour in 1923 will be authentically restored to reflect its original twin‑gabled grandeur, while new design elements by Signum Architecture will introduce a rerouted entry beside Seneca Vineyard, an open‑air tasting courtyard, private VIP tasting rooms, a Georges de Latour Wine Library, a luxurious club lounge, and a flexible event hall overlooking the vineyards.
Winemaking and the Reserve Tasting Room remain fully operational during construction, and the project is due for completion in spring 2026. Thoughtfully integrating sustainability from renewable energy and EV parking to reclaimed materials and water‑wise landscaping, the renovation positions BV not only as a heritage brand but also as a forward‑thinking steward of Napa Valley.
