What is LOL?
Love Our Local (LOL) is a new "local business appreciation" campaign encouraging Napa Valley residents to visit, shop, sip, and eat from local businesses on Wednesdays from February through May. (It's like locals day, but more fun and about the businesses.) We're asking residents to continue to show up and spend money at local businesses, and local businesses to show their appreciation by giving local love (aka special offers)
But, WHY?
No, we're actually NOT laughing. We LOVE our local businesses and residents. And the COVID-19 pandemic is NOT funny. It's 2022 and businesses continue to endure COVID-19 side effects:

Fatigued

Inability to find staff

..the list goes on.

As they say, if Amazon can have Prime Days, small businesses should have something nice too. We want Wednesdays to be the days locals help businesses feel good and celebrate their resiliency, and vice versa. Together, we're stronger.
